An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join the culinary team at the Australian Gallery of NSW.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will work for a successful, professional and highly regarded hospitality group who is the hospitality leader in Sydney’s and Brisbane iconic art’s venues, such as the Museum of Contemporary Art, Queensland Museum, Sydney Theatre Company and The Art Gallery of NSW.
Matt Moran is the brand ambassador of The Art Gallery of NSW, so you will also have the privilege of working closely with the Matt Moran’s team to ensure a great dining experience
This is a multi-faceted role, suitable for an experienced chef with great organisational skills, a love of food and the ability to manage a large team.
This role will give the successful candidate an interesting level of variety and creativeness as well as work life balance.
